Late/Cancellation

Policy

If you are running late, please call or text us as soon as possible. If possible we will try to accommodate you and all your scheduled services. If there is not enough time, we may either need to cancel your entire appointment and charge you a 50% fee for all scheduled services or if possible we may be able to perform some of your scheduled services but still need to charge the 50% fee for the services that we were not able to accommodate.

YOU ARE CONSIDERED LATE AT THE 10 MINUTE MARK.

 

If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment you must let us know, AT THE LATEST, by the 24hr mark to avoid the 50% fee Once it is AT or PAST 24 hrs until your appointment, it is now considered a late cancel and the 50% fee will apply. By doing this we are able to accommodate other guests who may be on the waiting list.​

*If you cannot adhere to these policies that Beach Please has set, then your card will be automatically charged 50% of YOUR TOTAL SERVICES scheduled.
